A brave comeback by Colwyn
Bay was not enough to give them a point at Droylsden in their first away match
of the season in the UniBond League Premier
Division.
Trailing 3-0 at half time
after goals from Richardson (2) and Moore, they brought on Calvin Davies. who
turned the game around.
Jason Jones hammered in a header from a corner in the opening minute of the
second half.
Calvin Davies' 58th minute cross was enough for James McIlvogue to make it 3-2, and although the Seagulls tore Droylsden's defence apart, most notably through Davies and Marc Limbert they narrowoly failed to get the point.
